CMIE electronic plastic-case circuit breaker

CMIE series electronic plastic-case circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as circuit breaker) is one of the new circuit breakers developed and developed by our company using advanced CAD/CAM/CAE design and manufacturing technology.Its rated insulation voltage is 800V, suitable for AC 50Hz, rated working voltage 400V, rated working current to 1250A circuit for infrequent conversion and motor infrequent start. The circuit breaker has the functions of overload long delay inverse time, short short delay inverse time, short short delay fixed time, short short instantaneous and undervoltage protection, which can protect the line and power equipment from damage.According to its rated limit short-circuit breaking capacity (Icu), the circuit breaker is divided into M type (higher breaking type) and H type (high breaking type). The circuit breaker has the characteristics of small volume, high breaking, short flying arc and anti-vibration.

Selective matching: CMIE electronic plastic-case circuit breaker has a three-stage protection function, the use of category B circuit breaker and other short-circuit protection devices connected in the same circuit has a selective matching under short circuit conditions;

With three sections of protection action current, action time selection: the user can set and adjust the release according to the load current requirements;

Self-power supply: the electronic trippler provides energy by the circuit breaker itself, and the current signal and the working power of the trippler come from the current transformer installed in the circuit breaker;

With "pre-warning" indicator: when the actual operating current flowing through the circuit breaker reaches or exceeds the pre-warning current Iro, the "pre-warning" light-emitting diode indicator on the cover of the circuit breaker is yellow; Overload indication: When the load current exceeds the overload long delay action current, the light emitting diode on the circuit breaker surface cover indicates red;

High current instantaneous trip function: When the circuit breaker is closed or in operation, in case of short circuit current (>20Inm), the circuit breaker is directly released by the electromagnetic trip mechanism;

 Special tester: Provide a handheld special tester to facilitate the user to test the circuit breaker parameters;
